Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy Update
Going forward, all appointments (established clients or clients that pre-book at each appt are excluded) must be booked through my website. A valid card is required to be kept on file and cannot be changed (card will not be charged at the time of booking)
• Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service (unless a True emergency)
• No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service
If there is a time you need that you need that isnt on my booking website please feel free to message me and we can see what we can work out!
